If you are in New York City and love art and typography don’t miss an interesting exhibition opening tonight at a Popup showroom in Manhattan’s hip Lower East Side.
 
 
Thieves Like Us is a type/art collaboration between Commercial Type and designer and artist Dino Sanchez. This popup showroom will exhibit Marian, a new typeface by Paul Barnes that reduces classic models of serif type design to their basic skeletal forms, exploring the possibilities offered by these single stroke forms in a variety of media.
