Hey, it’s Wednesday, so I think it’s time for some wonderful motion graphics! And if you love Nintendo you’ll have an extra reason to love this one. History of Nintendo was art directed and designed by Anthony Veloso, and the vector illustrations were made by Quentin Dron. Both are French and cool as ice. Like some other cool people out there, finding information about them was rather difficult (probably because I don’t speak French!). However, I was able to find Quentin’s tumblr and Anthony’s vimeo page and twitter.

In any case, History of Nintendo successfully manages two things: (1) to evoke a nostalgic feeling, and (2) to make you feel old! Even though I’m not a huge gamer, I still have my favorite Nintendo game which is the Super Smash Brothers (best played with a huge group of friends) on the Nintendo 64. Which one is yours?
