In todays time we are surrounded by the work of many talented designers and creative people. With just the click of a button we  are exposed to a plethora of work on social media and Pinterest. While these easily available resources are great, it also makes it hard to stay true to yourself and therefore finding “your style” is more crucial now than ever (or so we think). However Tanya Eden a reputed illustrator and designer has proven that style isn’t everything by gaining her popularity while constantly switching up her style.

Tanya Eden is a designer and illustrator based in Mumbai, India. She graduated from Sophia Polytechnic Institute of Applied Art and has since amassed a huge following. Although she works from a cozy home office she has worked with some of the biggest brands like Nike, Snapchat and Absolut.

Editorial illustration for @verveindia An interesting article on best dressed people and what is their perspective and take on beauty. "For me best-dressed, whether it applies to a face, a body or an interior has to do with a spark of individuality coming through. A personal signature if you will: designing your look or that of your home or lifestyle must perforce have something that cries out “Me”. The “I” factor. And of course that elusive inner glow. If you have it not much dressing is needed. If at all. -Verve Go get the October issue to read the full article , it's ballistic. Also that would be my expression too on seeing the @fentybeauty highlighters as shown in the illustration above??? #beauty #editorial #illustration #illustrator #digitalart #digital rendering #drawing #process #innerbeauty #makeup #fentybeauty #mirror #hair #heads #instaart #instaartist #instabeauty #highlighter #sketch #tanyaedenart

The thing that makes Tanya so popular is her relatable work. She uses her platform to voice her liberated opinions and tells her own story while talking about pressing subjects that are deemed taboo in Indian society and culture. Through her  work, she often presents issues like gender equality and female empowerment through her illustrations, publications, and murals.

#Selfie First Generation series "Ha but first, lemme take a selfie" How often do you take a selfie?? Selfie First Generation series From a selfie to group selfies -we are addicts. It's our favorite guilty pleasure I acknowledge it and created an illustrated series on this selfie obsession. Are we crazy? Living our lives through a lens. Addiction To Selfies is A Mental Disorder and a sign of narcissism. Selficide is a person who is suffering from this disorder keeps on looking in mirrors or photographs clicked by one own self "One may suffer from stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and delinquency, and aggressiveness, loss of concentration, fatigue, headache and over-dependency on phone. #comic #indian #digitalart #digitalrendering #bindi #cat #wacomindia #photoshopbrushes #art #artsofinstagram #artist #girlpower #sketch #instaart #instaartist #instasketch #instalove #tanyaedenart

While a lot of Tanya’s work is done digitally she also plays around with traditional mediums like brush pens watercolours. While her style is constantly evolving her work can be recognised with the use of bright colors. My personal favourite is her Mural for Nike!
