How to display something so beautiful yet raise awareness on marine life? Well, the artist I’m about to introduce you to today has the answer. Today’s artist of the day is Portland-based designer, Matt W. Moore. Before I get into his recent project regarding marine life let me give you an insight into who Moore is. Born in Portland, Maine, Moore has gained a reputation not only in design but also in Fine Art and painting murals throughout the whole world. Prestigious companies like Nike, Microsoft, and Diesel are among the many he’s designed for.

Going back to the question on how to display something so beautiful yet raise awareness on marine life; Moore did it through patterns, color combination, and line-making technique. Moore recently designed a series of tropical fish vector illustrations for an upcoming project. These fish illustrations are part of an Endangered Wildlife Project that will release late 2017. Through the use of pop color and gradient backgrounds, these figures sure are eye catching. Take a look below and enjoy.
