Throughout the years, with the help of technology, sneakers have successfully been evolving to adjust to human’s amenities. Currently, we are in the era where sneakers are not only being used for daily workouts but for fashion as well.
When selecting sneakers, people look for sneakers that can boost their speed and improve their performance. Nike started the year by promoting their new Air Max 2017 and let me tell you, their campaign is looking quite successful. Designed by Mansvmachine Studio, this new type of sneaker is advertised as a metaphorical expression of air and the negative space it occupies.
In Nike’s campaign titled Go Lighter Go Longer, the sneaker is animated in abstract forms of lines and circles. The abstract Nike Air Max is 3D rendered with pastel colors that just transmits a comfortable feeling. The visual metaphors are inspired by scenarios inspired in people’s everyday run. These designs somehow look therapeutic through the sense of air and space. The rocks, bubble, and strings floating and making the composition of the sneaker make me just want to jump inside and float alongside it. Take a look below at these stunning new visuals:
