I love that Bakea (Juan Carlos Paz) sets his illustrations in photographed landscapes, making them fit more into the world we know. With UFOs in the background, some in the process of an abduction, the surreal images feel like they’re a frame right out of a movie…or they should be turned into a film.

Bakea goes further in giving his creatures more life with these trophy busts for the wall. As you’d expect, they’re least bit scary. They look petrified themselves!
