The inspiration for today comes from photographer and filmmaker Aaron Keigher. Amazed by the world around us, the award-winning artist has been capturing awe-inspiring landscapes from the beauty of nature to the wonders of wildlife.

In his last film titled Move, Keigher invites us in a visual journey throughout the night. The perpetual movement of the skies above and the earth below is presented through time-lapse photography. It’s a kind of visual poem to the wonders of our world.

“Movement is everywhere and at night, it comes alive — from the rotation of the stars, planets and galaxies above to the motion of cars, lights and people in our cities, our world at night dances before our eyes.” He says. “Working on Move has been an incredible experience. It has taken me to some of the most unreal landscapes in the Western United States – it is an adventure I will never forget. The miles hiked, gear broken, sleepless nights and months and months spent shooting and editing this film have given me a new appreciation for time-lapse and I am so grateful to be able to share my work with you.”

Be enchanted by this astonishing short film!
