Founded in 1983 by the LG Group, FC Seoul is among the most successful and popular clubs in South Korea. Throughout the years, FC Seoul has had different time periods that include seeing their club change their identity various times along with relocating to different cities. From Bulls to cheetahs, the Seoul based club have included a number of mascots in their branding.

Once evaluated as the most valuable football brand in the K-League, their logo is a representation of the club’s vision. The Crest shapes are composed of a striped octagonal kite that resembles the shape of the stadium’s roof along with the pattern seen in the club’s home jersey. Inside the crest is a burning sun biting the football designed in a traditional way to represent the fan’s passion for football. With a dynamic typeface for the club’s name, two years are included underneath; 1983 when the club was founded, and 2004 the year the club returned home from Anyang. Each color of the badge was chosen with a meaning highlighted by passion glory and strength. Overall the club reflects the Korean culture and only time will tell if FC Seoul will delight us with more interesting mascots.
