There’s something magical about different artistic disciplines coming together in a certain project. The synergic energy of Art if captured correctly is a sight to behold. This energetic intersection is beautifully captured in Parce Que a beautiful short film by French director Neels Castillon.

Parce Que features the beautiful work of painter Inés Longevial. While Inés retouches her work, an impressive performance by dancer Leo Walk highlights the beautiful space that Castillon chose for his film. Leo’s weightless movements work along with Inés’ work in capturing the artistic attributes of space and movement, always heading towards the final moment of synergy.

Giving Leo’s dance and Inés’ paintings a space in time there is a beautiful version of Charles Aznavour’s Parce Que playing along with the performance. The cohesive element of this piece is of course Neels Castillon’s eye, which takes us through the film like an observer floating around this magical moment happening in this outstanding place.
