Wes Anderson’s Bottle Rocket

In 1992, director Wes Anderson and his friend Owen Wilson wrote and filmed a little short film named Bottle Rocket. Four years later this short film inspired Wes Anderson’s first full-length film, which was also named Bottle Rocket. The film was a commercial failure but launched Anderson’s career by drawing attention from critics.
