Andrew Footit is a South African graphic designer based in London who specializes in experimental typography, type design and graphic identity work. As a self-thought artist, he’s not afraid to take risks. His typographic work ranges from fluid ribbon characters to colorful layering of colors and shapes to dramatic metallic compositions.

Today’s post presents his playful typographic take on words such as ok, hope, sure, no, lookout, and others.

His unique style has earned him commissions from clients from around the world including Billboard Magazine, ESPN, Empire Magazine, The Washington Post, and Ogilvy. He also runs his very own type foundry aptly called Arkitype.
